The location and history.

Beautiful, classic, elegant yet modern hotel. EXCEPTIONALLY clean ! Gorgeous comfortable beds. We stayed during the summer - the terrace was serene. All the food and drinks were outstanding. The staff also went above and beyond in their roles. From Kevin on the valet to the staff in the restaurant. This is old school class ! DO NOT book elsewhere- we had to check out of the Hilton Embassy Suites due to the unacceptable cleanliness.

Location, ease of parking, beautiful property in a historical University ! But what was extremely memorable was all the staff , seemed local to the area and were very pleasant ,with a great knowledge of the entire property and the University!

I didn't eat breakfast, was that available? I loved that service seemed to matter. I travel quite a bit and have had horrible service over the last few years. The Morris was a breath of fresh air! Absolutely loved my stay.

Love the location. The lobby is very cozy and always smells nice. Food at Rohr's is good and staff are very friendly and helpful.
